Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge the following shipping and delivery costs for the delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
We deliver to the following countries:

In the case of cross-border delivery, further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there.
In case of payment by cash on delivery an additional fee of 2,- Euro will be charged, which will be collected by the deliverer on site.
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
The flat shipping rate is the previously mentioned costs in euros. The flat rate shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. Since the VAT on the flat shipping rate is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot become higher, but only lower in your favour.
